Today, I washed, polished, and waxed my car and wheels. I also did the interior too. Cleaning and conditioned my seats and dash. I started at 2pm, got done at 10pm. That's about it. Later tonight I saw another SIM Camaro passing me from the other side of the street. Pretty nice.......copy cat!

:w00t: You gonna put the bowtie back on?

I really wanted one of those when I first got the car but they weren't out yet and now the ice cube tray is starting to grow on me. Can't seem to decide which I like better.

Not planning on putting the bowtie back on. I have a vintage SS I was going to put on but the angle was not right and I am afraid to try to bend it. Thought it would make a cool belt buckle though. I ended up getting the small red SS to replace the SS on the stock grill.

 I drove it in the pouring rain, but at least it was before the pouring rain turned into a blinding snowstorm....snow's still coming down............this is the longest winter we've had in a very long time...figures...we barely had any snow the last few years, but now that I have the Camaro this winter, we are having record snowstorms every few days!!!...:mad0259:

Ordered LS3 emblems to go on after the stripes are painted and also thought about it sitting at Newman Chevrolet waiting for me to take official delivery of it tomorrow. I already took care of the hard part..paying for it lol

This just might be the best post?!

Anyway, I took mine for a spin, and put the three thousand, one hundred thirteenth mile on it since I drove it home on June 15th.

Stared while it was engulfed in snow. :(

I took my car out of storage, put all-season tires on it, and parked in my new garage because I just can't bring myself to drive it in the snow.

Spring needs to get here fast though:emoticon14: ~ come March 8th I won't have a choice

hypurone 02-26-2010 08:36 AM

I had the 3M clear bra installed on the front, hood (24"), A-pillars, roof, mirrors, rockers and lower rears. :happyanim:

Shoulda done this first thing when I got it but was thinking they prob don't have the templates yet yadda yadda yadda. Then I got busy with the "modding"....

Awesome stuff! You can't see it. Only the edge line where it stops if you are at the right angle and look very closely. I highly recommend it. I have the 24 hour wait blues right now before I can drive it again.

I am in NorCal and if anyone wants the installers info PM me as I don't think they want me posting up his info....
