C7Carbon | Carbon Fiber Z28 style front splitter 3D DESIGN | Help us finish!!

Hi everyone!
We are excited to announce that we are currently working on a Z28 style splitter for the Gen 5 Camaro. Bellow are the first renders from our design team. We want to make that perfect Z28 inspired splitter for your Camaro and we would love to hear what you think, all suggestions are welcome.
We look forward in hearing from you all and thanks again! :headbang:

any plans on a diffusor?

That looks pretty sharp. I think it would look pretty good on my SS. Of course that area takes a lot of abuse from rocks/dirt/road debris. How well would the gel/carbon hold up?

I would suggest rounding the corners just a little.

Looks like a great start, I would +1 for the slight rounding of the edges

Thank you so much for the input everyone, we'll make sure to have our design team work on a version with rounded out edges.
Let's keep those suggestions coming! :)

Here is an updated render with the edges rounded out. Let us know what you think! :thumb:

I like it, more subtle and fitting.

SSEssence 05-02-2018 02:45 PM

That looks sweet! rounded on the edges and sharp center point

SSEssence 05-02-2018 02:51 PM

If you guys were to do a z28 style splitter, I would just take the first instance and just barely round the edges as not to be so sharp. The second instance can be another option maybe?

Here is another variation that is very much in the middle; between the sharp style and the fully rounded out style, let us know what you think! :)
