Call your County Clerk's office. You should be able to get the info there if you aren't able to find the info online.

Some states are inexpensive, others are very high. Depends upon how the state brings in revenue. Here in PA, annual registration is $36. In my former state (Iowa), registration fees are very high. I just checked online, and my annual fee for a SS Camaro in Iowa would be $359!!

Well if its anything like Arizona plate and registration renewal will cost you almost $400 dollars for a 1SS.

The DMV website sucks. I'll call Monday and see what they say

Just curious. In those states that have really high costs, do you also have personal property taxes? I'm guessing not, but just wondering. In Missouri, yearly registration costs are about $50 for an SS (for plate stickers), but we have to pay a yearly personal property tax. It's based on the current value of the vehicle, so it goes down every year. Last year, I paid about $550. This year will be a bit cheaper.

Of course, I still hade the one timetax fee when I bought the car of about $3500. You only pay on the cash you actually hand over to the dealer. Does not include trade-in

$20 in Georgia for military

mike25 10-01-2011 07:10 PM
