And it is confirmed that the experience chart is per level, meaning a total of over 10 billion experience is needed for Paragon level 100. In otherwords, you won't see anyone max level for at least 3 months. Your average player plays 1-2 hours per day will take about a year and a half to reach max. The good news is that getting 200% MF is pretty easy and getting to 34 (102% MF from paragon level) would put you at max of 300% MF. That will take about 1-2 months on average. |

Then again, I haven't even looked to see if my AC characters still exist. I used to have an Og Crossbow build that was probably one of the most effecient ways to kill things. |

Tried diablo out last night, im digging the new patch. i was actually able to do act 1 of inferno and only died about 2 times on my demon hunter (in a group) and gained a half level of paragon. The game still is boring because its so repetitve with the same acts over and over again... but its an improvement

i played a bit last night in Hell Act III to see whats up with the lvling, i got 10% by the time i got to the third objective... a bit slow, but i'd like to try out a group on Inferno to see how much better the loot and xp is..

Definitely more buyers coming back. Found a really good 800 damage spear with LoH, life steal, 230 intelligence, 47% crit dmg, and a socket that sold on the RMAH for $60. Gold is about $1 per million right now, so that's not bad. I figured it wouldn't sell so fast. I probably underpriced it a little, but I felt it was a reasonable price for someone who wanted to use it. I don't think it was worth more than $70-80 so I doubt they'd risk $60 to try and resell it for profit.
Geared out my witch doctor for about 10m, got him to 248% MF and retained 40k damage and 27k health. Breezing through Act 2, almost to Belial. The buffs to pets is great. They only die from things like plagued, molten, and fire chains. Other than that, they tank really well. |
I haven't done much since the paragon levels came out. I need to farm gold to get myself some decent gear. Currently at about 15k damage, 10k health and like 35% magic find before pargaon on my demon hunter. Barbarian made it to Act II on my way to find maghda before I ran into the gear check wall. I only have about 8k damage on him with 70k life.

i still play, i farm the Festering Woods (Act 1) with 15k damage, 304% magic find, 95% gold find... i'm lvl 67... my problem is money too, so i sell as much as i can on AH to try and move my inventory and get money so i can upgrade gems

Though I've switched to Borderlands for the short term, I'll continue playing D3.
Currently, I have 3 level 60's, a 57...and a 47. My monk is my min character, and his Resists are all at 970ish. DPS is a little low, but he has been able to solo with no problems through Act I & most of Act II...have kind of stopped playing him to clear out my stash, because I'm holding gear for my last 2 characters. I'll hit 60 with all of them, then auction off all of my leveling gear. |
Left this game for good. Adding the gimmic of paragon levels to me was a joke. Uninstalled, and tossed away for good. Sad this game turned out to be a worthless buy.

I don't have a problem with the Paragon levels...once you are 60, there's nothing to do but grind for money to upgrade gear. This at least gives you bonus' (especially to MF) which I'm fine with. Heck, I'm only Paragon level 3 with my monk. Mainly I've been working on getting all my characters to 60. 3 60's, 1 58, and 1 47. Plus 1 37 in hardcore. |
Killed Diablo on Inferno last night with my Monk...with a friend that is a Witch Doctor. Pretty much tore through Acts III & IV last night, as I had been spending most of my time getting all 5 of my characters to level 60.
It probably helps that all of my resists are 80% reduction :) http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/R...1/hero/1845296 |
Grats to you. I have been playing borderlands instead because I just don't like the fact that I have to choose between DPS or Tanking ability from lack of drops, and I don't have millions upon millions of gold to just up and buy the gear.
I may get back into this for the next two weeks until AC III comes out. I hate to say it but I was really disappointed with the way the end game was handled. It's completely my personal opinion but I just didn't like the way everything was a gear check, not skill check. |
