Opinion: Trade 2012 for 2013

I have a 2012 Camaro LT1 RS auto 13,000 miles IOM color

I have the opportunity to trade to
2013 Camaro lt1 Rs auto new with additional backup camera
with all the rebates and the USAA discount there is a $3000 trade difference.. think its worth it???

Im glad to see Chevrolet wants to see me trade :) Im surprised at the small amount of depreciation for one year and 13500 miles.
