I'm not usually a convertible fan, but I gotta say, if it ends up looking like this I'm a fan. :D

That rear shot is awesome. I'm not a vert fan either. But, I'm thinking I would pick up one of these for sure. As long as they can make the top solid enough so that it doesn't turn into a big bubble over two years. That's a sweet looking car, guys.

Oh hell ya that's a stunner of a car. I can't wait to see this at NYIAS in April! I bet it'll have just as big of a crowd around it as the coupe did.

Any chance of a t-top or no word on that at all?

TAG UR IT 12-19-2006 12:05 PM

Haven't heard anything bout the t tops....sux, cause I love'em.

OverAnxious 12-19-2006 12:12 PM

Nice scans - thanks for sharing them :D

I don't see T-Tops coming - that is old tech.

The Convertible 'chop looks great

It's a very safe bet...there won't be a version with t-tops. ;)

I love the tops, but don't think they'll work w/ the coupe. I've never been a vert fan, but that is not bad looking at all. Think I'll still be going w/ the coupe...save the cash from going w/ the vert and get a lighter coupe w/ more options and bigger engine.

Can someone photoshop the back end view of the purple vert and make it black, please?

Ok...enough of that crap. I don't like verts. This is actually the first time I've ever given any thought about getting one. I probably won't do it but....Holy crap, that is nice!!!

Was that part in the article about 5.3L and 6.0L V-8s pure speculation or based on some insider info? I thought the 5.3L wasn't even being considered....

The V8 engines for the new Camaro are not in existence yet. That info. is just speculation. ;)

It said the big dog in that article will be the SS near corvette power. But I like it in the vert. But I still would take the coupe. I wish they would make the t-top again I loved them.
