Yes.. It was all in the 60'.. It is very difficult and been trial and error to launch this car. This was with the Stock Tires with about 700+ miles on them. I actually had to launch on feel and slipped the clutch out a little starting at I believe about 2000-2200. Did not really heat them up at all, just cleaned them off.
Anyone try the Launch Control with stock tires? Dave |
Just got home from first trip to the track. Not to bad it was my first time ever trying to launch this car from a dead. Its all stock, I'm very happy so far. I'm sure I left a Lil on the table never really had a good launch. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/10/ybynyby3.jpg

I remember reading a tread a little while ago, about a guy blowing his cv joint out in his 1LE.... he used launch control at the track. |
Very nice times. I think I am going to give it crack tomorrow. Should be in the 60s, plus I plan on going during the day when the sun out. Hopefully I will be able to join the 12's club.

AGP TT 1LE
Best time so far. But the first time I had the clutch sticking to the floor problem. So the only half serious runs were the second time. My car is stock except for the TTs @ 4 pounds, LTs, and a tune. There is more in it even at 4 pounds.
I won the race! |
I'll post the slip in a few minutes.
12.991 at 109.40 DA was around 1100' or so Car is very hard to launch, you guys already know that though, lol. |

Still at 6 pounds of boost with an otherwise stock 1LE. All I needed was some good air to get into the mid 11s. Still more there I think. Just don't mind my 60'. I fell asleep.

Can we get one of these threads going for Track times at Road Courses?
