ZL1 ADD ONS is the worst in my opinion

I have purchased a bunch of stuff from these guys and for the most part pretty good quality. However I just purchased a front splitter and rear diffuser for my 2015 Z28. I received both items without any instructions for installation. I have emailed and called them over 15 times and zero response I just do not know what is up? The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Beware!!!

Just a heads up, they were @ CamaroFest last week and may still be on their way back to CA...

That's a long haul from CA to BG to CA...

So they got your parts in a timely manner...

YOU don’t know to install them.. and you’re mad at a distributor and calling them the worst because they won’t hold your hand?

Welcome to 2018 where you could have had instructions sooner than even making this thread.

If you saw the splitter for the Z28 not the SS or Zl1 you would understand my issue...it is even cut wrong.

I thought they might be out of town that is why I emailed them a number of times.

Hopefully they reach out you and fix things

They sent me some "instructions" on installing the tow hook receiver. Looked like they were drawn by a 4 year old.

I went somewhere else and ordered something else.

I agree...but the way it is cut I think they might have sent me a ZL1 splitter that is why I needed to speak to them to confirm before i start drilling 12 random holes in my OEM splitter.
