Those were the days MLEE!!!!

YES they were.

Best Pace Car memory was You, Me and Mike Judge checking out the REAL Pace Car at the same time ours were being built. Good stuff.:thumb:

Happy to add you to the elite list of 2010 Pace Car owners past and present. Now you need to get some stripes on the dash strip like the real pace cars had.

Here's some info on posting pictures. It's not hard once you do it one time.

According to the info I have, your car is an authentic Dealer Replica Pace Car (Non Indy Festival Car) and was the 130th of all the 2010 Pace Cars built. It does not mean it is car #130, it was just the 130th car built. There were no numbers on any of these cars, except for the Indy Festival Cars that were numbered for Speedway use.

Thanks for all your help. Yeah I really want to get the stripes done. So what's the consensus about them. Paint them on? Or buy the trunk sticker kit?

Welcome!

I would just buy the trunk section, should run around $100. I can't imagine painting would be that cheap since it is not a "basic white" color. The stripes are actually "white diamond pearlcoat". Adam Barry designed them that way so it would not be easy to make cheap imitations!

Really nice!!!! Love the look!
I will order the trunk stripes today!! Is there a template, or did you just eyeball the stripes from the hood?

Here's my 93 Pace Car.

As the title says, it's a 93 Camaro Pace Car (first year for the body style change). It has an LT1 with under 433 ORIGINAL miles on it. The car still has all the original plastic on the seats. The car is 100% original itself. It's #625 of 645 built. It's fully loaded for what options you could get. It has t-tops, and there were only about a 100 or so with t-tops.

I just had mine painted and cleared over. Cost was 50 bucks. Very easy to measure based on the hood stripe and that strip just pops off.

Keep in mind the strip width changes from bumper to bumper with the widest point around 15" on top.
