Delivery date in work bench?

I just got back from my dealer and I saw something on work bench that i don't remember being mentioned. My car went 3400 on 5/9. I saw ( I'm not sure where on work bench) I think it said delivery "not before 5/30 no later than 6/6. Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this.:chevy:

If your car is not in QC, it should be delivered between one to three weeks. Depending on the dealership. That is what I've seen on this forum, unless people have their dates messed up.

I see we are both in NY, that could also make a difference as well.

I did not get a copy. We were looking for something and going through alot of pages. I think it was in event code history. Funny thing happened while I was typing this. A guy nocked on the door and was looking for his car. He had someone garage it for him and he thought it was here. I think it is the next street up. Anyway it's a 1969 Camaro. He said he just had it appraised for $80,000.:chevy:

Just called the dealer and my car was shipped. It was built last week just to give folks an idea of the time. Vin # is 8313

Every order has an estimated delivery date. It doesn't say "No later than". It can actually be far later than....but yours won't be. It's shipped.

I figured shipped to delivery to dealer can likely happen anyday now, right? I guess getting the car on that rail is the most important part. I see a lot of folks still bayed which stinks. Hope they get their cars shipped soon.

From what you guys have seen...
What's the time frame from 3400 Produced and Shipped?

Well I was at 3800 last week, and am now at 4200 shipped this week. If it helps my workbench had priority: 1 listed on it. The dealer had already been invoiced.

Thanks for your help!! When were they invoiced?
Can you do your financing before you get your car?

it was invoiced last week from what I was told. I am not sure if I can start financing. I wonder if the car could come in tonight. Wonder if would be ready for tommorrow. I doubt it. All I know it is going to be a long weekend, lol.

While on the subject of Workbench, what is that? What does it look like? Can someone post one, or show me where I can find one? I supposedly ordered a Camaro that has yet to get pulled, but the dealer hasn't given me much in the way of paperwork. I have a hand written bill sheet and an a sheet that highlights the options I selected. That sheet has "NGSHNK" hand written across the top. Does any of this mean anything?

Thanks for the help.

The work bench is what your dealer uses for your order. NGSHNK should be your order # . I don't know when you ordered, but you should be able to get a print out of your order from your dealer and see if it is at 1100 meaning it is accepted by GM.:chevy:

Order Work Bench is the name of the application dealers use to place orders actually. What people are referring to as "a workbench" I assume is a print out of the order details from that application.
