Consider it a standing offer. If you ever need an excuse to come down to FL you guys have a place to stay if you'd like.

Stacey and I were both in the military so we are used to house guests.

Whenever just say the word...

Dude! I wasn't gonna tell them about baby sitting till after they get here...

That's so sweet! I don't have quite the setup you do, but the offer goes both ways!

And... I don't mind babysitting! :D

Darth_Emma 05-28-2010 08:13 PM

I think the stock antenna looks ok on CGM, so I'm not sure if I would to do this mod, but it does look really good on other colors to get the painted one.

It looks like the hardest part was probably getting the camera up in there to film the DIY!

Great video, GTAHVIT.

So it was either painted or not at all...:iono: Shifter is way over rated... it counts as a performance mod so PQ should be against that.

Maybe paint it Lightning Bolt Yellow...

LOL

NO, but since I can't decide whether to paint or not...

I'll just go with the shifter..... :D

PQ 06-09-2010 03:57 PM

Both. ;)

Maybe this will help...

I think it's a toss up with CGM because the color is so close... I painted and did SS... Nine Ball went no paint

... but IBM has enough contrast to make it a definite no paint...

:D

Wow, that plate looks awesome.

...and the best part of it is - it matches the one in your head...:sm0:

j/k Looks good.

Now go get that shifter and grille. There is one of those in the attic that will have mold on it by the time it gets installed.

I thought the gauges were "additional" purchases. Doesn't that mean you have to get them at the same time ?

You WILL have fun with the gauges once installed. They give your car some personality and bring it to life... ;)

P.S. After all you guys ragged on me, I finally started putting a SST build thread together. I am sure it will go on for 5 years or when the car gets delivered - whichever one happens first...:iono:
