If you're ready to buy a camaro for a price in between MSRP and Invoice near the bay.

If you plan on ordering a camaro and want to guarantee a price in between MSRP and invoice, please post with your name here, and the trim you're going to get. Over the next week I will be compiling a list to give to the local dealer so he has you on record. The dealership gets 6 through the summer of 09, and those are expected to go at 5k above msrp. After that is when he'll be able to offer us an agreed upon price that I will be discussing with him probably tonight. THIS PRICE WILL BE BELOW MSRP.

Good things come to those that wait. HUD and the extra options will be out when you're ordering your camaro for less than msrp. :happyanim:

I met a guy that runs IT for a chain of dealers in Southern California (bakersfield area) who also may have some insight if you're anxious to order a camaro now but I haven't gotten a response about pricing yet. PM me a number I can contact you at if possible as well.

Thanks!

Short version: POst here if you want to buy a Camaro in the bay area for UNDER MSRP and I will let pass this list to my contact at a local dealer. Probably won't be able to order until summer, but that's when the extra goodies come out.

So no one wants to buy a camaro? 30 views, no replies... Why the lack of replies?

The_Beast_ 10-16-2008 10:24 PM

Well Jay its kinda self explianatory for my case, right?

linkwpc 10-16-2008 11:04 PM

For me, I'm not in the bakersfield area....

Mindz 10-16-2008 11:14 PM

This isn't for bakersfield. this is for northern Cali. And you guys can fly up here and drive it back if needbe. Saving a few thousand dollars off local dealers sure is nice only paying a 1 or 200 dollar plan ticket, or 40 bucks worth of gas to get up here with a friend and driving your new baby home breaking in the engine.

BTW Jay im getting mine 4 employee pricing or less.

I plan to use my Supplier Discount later. Plus when I buy a car, its a family event for me. There no way I'm flying everyone of my family to North cal for buying a car. But thanks for the offer!

Mindz....I'm interested, I live in the East Bay area, so I'm definitly interested if it's not already too late.

Mindz 10-22-2008 03:03 PM

yeah for sure. any idea what model trim? if you want one sooner than later (vert time), I'll put you before us so he knows you want one asap.

bsmithinc 10-22-2008 06:12 PM

Still looking for buyers?

The_Blur 01-05-2009 05:43 PM

Feel free to put me on the list. I'm on a budget and I want options. Plus, a trip to California to get my car can be fun.

Hmmm, let me get this straight. Let's reward a dealer, who is going to screw 6 people (to the tune of $30,000) who want their cars early (like many of us) , by sending him a bunch of business. Am I reading your post right? No thanks for me. :mad0259:
