SS 2010 vs BMW 3 or 5 series - handling/suspension

I have owned a 99 camaro (automatic), 2001 Z28 camaro (automatic), 2003 vette (manual), and i currently drive a 535i BMW...

I was not able to test drive the new camaro... so I am curious if anyone can compare or describe the 2010 camaro's suspension and handling on the road... how do turns feel etc... Could you compare it to the cars I have already owned? I already know the vette is the best handling... but is the camaro really that bad compared to the vette? Where do u feel the difference?

** btw.. I like real tight sporty suspension (probably everyone on this forum does too)... but great on turns.. I think the 535i BMW is tight on the turns but nothing like a vette...so I guess i'm looking to see if the camaro is like the 5 series bmw.. not as tight.

ohh  ...I was allowed to start the engine of the 2SS M6 at a dealers this week... sounds great!

Hmm...lets see the best way to decide it...

My father has an 03 vette and i would classify that as tight and a tad bit heavier than the new camaro's (the ss at least)...

Actually the response on the Maro is very quick, and the steering feel is pretty light (borderline too light), but I will say for a car with 20" rims it handles like a champ...

When I take hard turns in the Maro it just sucks em right up...

No complaints about the steering, I absolutely love it

I had a BMW 3 series a few years ago, LOVED how it handled, but hated the run flat tires! After 7000 miles, they made a horrible noise. Then, the car was in the shop 6 times before I traded it in on my Camry. I loved that car, but was not going to own it after the 50,000 warranty went out! I will NEVER own run flat tires again! Can't wait to see how the Camaro handles, will love it regardless!
