i remember a guy in college who had his wheelchair done like this - not quite as much, but the same gist. how he operated the stereo, i don't know... he had to drive the chair with his mouth-joystick.

but yeah... it had an 8 or 10 in a box, a couple tweeters, & neon underglow! you could hear & see him coming from about 100yrds!
