Better hope it's not a Leafs/Habs first round series. Seemingly the boys have broken Mr.Price. 1-2 may possibly happen, with the guaranteed 2 points on Saturday. ;)

Yah I was giving you the 2 points against Florida. It has been tough as a Habs fan lately and I certainly hope Price isn't "broken"... but after a loss in Jersey last night things are definitely not fixed yet.

As bad as Montreal has played against Toronto this year I think it will still make for a good playoff series. They haven't met in the playoffs since like 1979

It will be an epic battle if they do go at it. Original six playoff battles are always amazing. Usually, not matter how good or bad either team is, there are barn burners. I'm stoked for the possibility. Bah, who am I kidding? I'm just stoked for post season play. A Leafs/Habs series would just be icing on the cake.

The Leafs are locked into 5th... If they beat Montreal Saturday (and Boston gets just 1 point in their next two games) the two will play in the first round. If Montreal wins and Boston doesn't pass them in points it will be Boston vs T.O. Quite a few different scenarios in the East so it should be a good weekend

I'm watching the game right now, 2-1 Bruins leading in the 2nd with just under 13 minutes remaining in the period

Hopefully the leafs will be able to win this next game tomorrow. I would LOVE if they made it to the 2nd round, but I am just happy they made it to the playoffs at all :biggrin:

Leafs really need to play better if they want a chance. Not a big fan of either team but I watched that last game, Boston played well.

I know the Bruins did play well, but they have also had a lot more playoff experience then the leafs. I am a diehard leaf fan, so I am of course biased, but this is the first time they have even been to the playoffs in 9 years. I think it is somewhat natural for it to be a bit of an adjustment. They do need to step it up though if they even want a chance at making it to round 2.

Leafs biggest problem is kessel forgets how to play against the Bruins and big Z. Yes I'm a bruins fan but its truth
