What a long strange journey
 

I know I know i have been gone for a while and i have to say that im glad to be back. I spent the last few weeks contemplating whether i could get ethically buy a camaro considering what was happening to thier bond holders and what not. But after talking to the Wise and Mighty Gtahvit, and his infinite wisdom, i came back to my senses. To anyone on the fence about this car, i spent the last month or more looking at other cars to fill the camaro shaped void in my heart. Only one came close, the 370z, but really for the money nothing, and i mean nothing comes close to the camaro. It felt like being home when i sat in the 2lt/rs at the local dealer. And i have come back to the fold, PS i need a ride in a SS in the seattle or Portland Area.....

Interesting you ask that. The explanation is actually on topic for this thread. Pinkcamaro was going to buy a Vette and we all talked her out of it by agreeing to do this for 2 weeks which she graciouosly amended to 1 week. :D

starts at about post 80-ish with Hylton and me.

Well, i got really tired of waiting for my camaro. My car was pulled the first day the V6 was off constraint and i sat at 3000 for an entire month, and just got sick of waiting...

Then i kinda fell in love with a corvette, and I ALMOST bought it last weekend, but everyone told me i needed to wait, and Hylton said he would put the pink milk as his avatar for 2 weeks if i would wait, and I said if everyone asking me to wait would put it in their avatar i would wait..

So it just kinda blew up, and more and more people joined the cause, adding the pink milk, changing their cars in their sigs to pink ones and such..

So my car went to 3400 on Friday, so i told them they only had to have the pink milk for one week (This thursday) but Hylton said his "camaro gods" gave him a good feeling that my car will be built this week, so if it isn't then he has to keep pink milk longer, and if it is built he gets to choose my avatar for a week.

Boy, ask and ye shall receive.

Cool, welcome back headpunter:wave: That 370Z is a great car, but I agree.IMO, The camaro is just better in every category.
