Need to sale A house in Arlington
 

Hey guys while I'm new to the Forum, I am a New Camaro owner IOM SS/RS. I recently lost my Parents and have thier house to sell in south Arlington. If anyone knows someone or is looking to move, I have a 4 yr old 1750 sq foot home in South Arlington. Here is a Link for more info.....

sorry to hear you lost your parents. The house listed is very similar to my own in washington state, just p*sses my off the cost of living is so much higher here, I paid 2.5x times that 3 years ago and homes have not gone down in value here (much). Neighbors house virtually identical sold for $299k 6wks ago. Good luck with sale, looks like a steal to me

Good houses like yours are usually easy to sell, I am 100% sure you found the buyers. Another thing are old ones, I saw no other option but selling my old duplex to mediators, moreover they offered me good compensation and free valuation services. I also paid no fees and any extra charges.
