Engine Swap Shops in Maryland area
 

I currently have a Camaro with a v6, and i'm interested in swapping it with an LS2. I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops in Maryland or even PA or VA that specialize in F-Body engine swaps. I've been looking around the net for the past couple days and have only found 1 shop, but would like a few to compare.

Glen Burnie, that's up around where 301 turns into 3, right? I'm down 301 right at the Governor Nice Bridge, and there's a very respectable couple of shops down here I can hook you up with.

Ya it's pretty close to rt 3. Only about 10 mins away. But, I would love to get some info on the places down there, i've been searchin for a while and most places dont do swaps. even if its a couple hours away i would be fine with that if its cheaper. Thanks for the site too.

If you are willing to make the hump to Durham, NC, you can take it to Jeff Creech at Carolina Auto Masters (CAM). He is well known for tuning late model GMs. He was on Pinks with the red LT1 Trans Am that raced (and beat) the built Honda Civic. I know a few people that have gone to him to get tuned and were very happy with the results. I'm sure he can do your motor swap no problem. Their website is carolinaautomasters.com. Check 'em out. A lot of the hardcore Virginia GM guys go to them for stuff.

Thanks man but i'm not tryin to go all the way down to N.C. Yea i saw that episode that guy in the civic is from round my area. He was up at the local hang out on Ritchie(the highway ppl hang out round here), and my friend was givin him crap :bellyroll: bout him askin for 20 lengths :thumbdown: . He said pretty much everyone with a muscle car was givin him crap. But stayin on the topic thanks for the suggestion.
