Painted and tinted tail lights
 

So after driving the 805 south I seen a corvette with a strip of light across the taillight instead of there known circular lights. The lights where tinted out except for the strip of light. So it gave me this idea, It has plasti dip under the paint so if i do get tired of it ill just peel it off, Let me know what yall think :popcorn:

That honestly doesnt look to bad.. i actually like it.. i might try this since i have a bunch of plasti dip

It looks alright but your asking for trouble man. It's only a matter of time till you get rear-ended. And if that guy were smart he would sue. I would take them off unless your doing a car show.

it still emitts enough light where someone would see it, plus it still have 3rd brake light.

I think it looks good and I like seeing new ideas, but for me the safety issue is problematic, I have enough people riding my ass not to mention I think you'll have a cop pull you over in short order.

Just remember, any tempering with DOT approved and lighting equipment installed at the factory is illegal.

I took some last night ill post them in a bit but the picture didn't come out that good. Picture was taken from my phone camaro 100ft across the street.
