Occasional Track Guy - Do I need endlinks?
Will I need endlinks on street tires (maybe INVOs) for autox & road course events?
|
Do you have any other suspension mods?
|
About to put lowering springs & sway bars from pfadt.
|
I'd get the endlinks to be safe. I'd also get Pfadt's RLCA fix as well, just to be safe.

If you're replacing the sway bar, you may as well do the end links since half the work is done and you're already under the car, you'll already be getting an alignment, etc....
They will also be handy if you decide to move to a coilover and want to corner balance the car. Quote:

haven't some guys had issues with end links and unwanted noise? Sorry for the newbie question, but what is the benefit to end links with the addition of sways and springs.

Thanks. So pfadt has had some noise issues I assume?

If you are tracking your car at all I would suggest upgrading your end links. The stock ones can not handle hard use when attached to stiffer aftermarket sway bars. Pfadt's sway bars now include the RLCA reinforcement brackets that were mentioned earlier in the thread. Their newly redesigned end links should be shipping any day now.
