HPDE: Gingerman w/ Mohawk Track Experience
 

Hey guys,

Camaro6 decided to organize another track day this year, like we have in the past, to coincide with the dates of the Camaro 50th anniversary Rally.

Mohawk Track Experience is going to be hosting a High Performance Driving Event at Gingerman Raceway, in South Haven, Michigan (about 2 hours from Lansing).

TIME: 7:00a to 5:00p

PRICE: $150.00 (includes BBQ lunch and a T-shirt)

**You will need a Snell-certified SA2010 helmet or newer**

Instructors are available for $20 more...and I've heard a rumor (;)) That Roush Performance will be there showing off in a Mustang :evil: ...but it'll be good fun none the less. I'm working on our own Camaro-flavored display of ridiculousness for the day as well. We'd like to get as many Camaros in attendance as we can, for obvious rivalry reasons...

If you've never participated in a High Performance driving event, it is a MUST. Especially for new Camaro owners, 6th gen and 5th alike. There's nothing like a track day to safely (as possible) test the limits of your car, and yourself. Not to mention learn valuable driving skills from experienced instructors that you can't get anywhere else.

What a great deal and my wife has family near there. However Aug 17 is a no go for me (insert very sad Thor face here)

Just registered! This will be my first track day. I couldn't pass it up for the price. I got an instructor, but I probably won't need it, considering I just ran the Dragon in the minivan. :headbang:
