High Flow Cats Installation help
Hey!
I got a set of the new High Flow Cats from Solo Performance and haven't decided if I want to install myself or have a Muffler Shop do it, so... 1. Any gearheads in the Long Beach/Lakewood/Bellflower/Cerritos area want to lend a hand? Installation does not seem too difficult, but an extra set of hands would be helpful. This weekend or maybe next. A Case of beer is your reward. PM me. 2. or, wanna recommend a shop in the same area? http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...lo+performance Cheers! Richard |
Bump.
No 'reputable' shop would touch it. I did it myself in about 2.5 hrs. Had to enlist Daughters slim hand and arm to get to some parts (O2 sensor release tabs) but the work was pretty straightforward and relatively easy. She does not drink, so I enjoyed all the beer myself. Cheers! |
You got any pics of the install?

Thats cool, like doing what I can myself as well. Not a mechanic, but know enought to be dangerous and have friends in the bus.
Glad you got it done. |
Nice it's always best to install yourself when you can ... I bought JBA Highflows and Mike Haddad is the only shop that will install products like these for $109

How is the sound?
