Photography can be a total pain in the a$$ sometimes. There are shots I took so quick my head spun, or that I took just for kicks that came out AWESOME, and others I've spent hours freezing my butt off trying to move flashes and crap and they still don't come out right.

cool shots...thanks

kdoske 06-09-2009 07:17 AM

these are great but unfortunately they are NOT wall paper size. Its like 800x600 or something.

jcamere94z28 06-09-2009 07:21 AM

Thanks for the compliments...

Justin,

I know exactly what you are saying... but i like to think that no matter what the conditions are... there is always a good photo to be made. For example I wasn't feeling much that quick photoshoot that I did with the car.. but they came out better than what I thought.

Do you have a website with some of your work?

did you click on the link to download.. there is links to bigger version of them... I don't want to put them on WAY too big because it would be just to easy to steal for other uses.. and print. If someone wants these photos for commercial use they need to pay up. ;)

AWESOME!!!

Nope. Sorry.

I'm into photography myself but I just don't see how it can be an effective business model today with the speed and ease at which digital images can be copied and used on the internet.

I have no problems with providing access to my photos, as long as you give me proper credit as the photographer. :)

As for your photos on Flickr, I was going to post a link to them here but noticed that you scaled down the sizes to make them worthless as desktop wallpaper, especially for those of us running 1920x1200. Glad to see you posted them here yourself.

True.. Images can be copied and used real quick.. and it is extra work to try to keep your images from begin stolen in the internet. Always a problem :mad0259: but something that comes with the territory.

I respect your point of view about getting credit for your photos. I just don't see it fair if someone is using the photo you took, gives you credit (by adding your name in a corner) and makes money by using it as part of a design of an advertising. Example, if you see a photo you took of a Camaro and then SLP uses it as a banner for their site. Just the fact alone they are using your image to bring in costumers means you should be getting paid for licensing to use that photo.

I have added a link to bigger version here... if anyone has a request for bigger size, as long as it is for personal use, feel free to ask me. :)

OP, I love #6 and was ready to set it as my wallpaper, but this is too small.. I'm running 1680x1050. Any chance you have some higher res available?

I'm really happy to see some nice wallpaper - I've ordered a 2LT IBM and I love having it on my desktop to look at.. cheers me up while I wait!

Nice photos - the water beading looks awesome.
