SLP ZL327 parts separately available?
 

anyone know if the parts that make the LT an SLP ZL327 will be available seperately? I find it difficult to imagine anyone would spend 4k on the package. Since I will already have half of what I need, I'm looking for some ZL327 decals, dash plaque, exterior badging and MAYBE the high-lip spoiler. Thanks in advance!

While I agree with your last statement, i strongly disagree with your effort to clone a SLP car. Throw some cool go fast parts on it, but leave the SLP badges off of it.

You can see all the SLP parts for sale here. Don't think you'll see any ZL327 badges though. It was never brought to market.

Having purchased the Zl 427 and converted to the ZL 550...I would suggest the badges, etc will be difficult to source. Some parts maybe...but the certification/docs detailing the product serve as the authorization for such badging of your auto. Many of the parts (patented) are parts specific to a SLP product which may be the real hurdle to jump. Example the (Wheels). Awesome product and worth every penny!

Where can I get ZR1 badges. I have an engine with half the horsepower so I'm halfway there, so it's cool right.

Good luck buying the spoiler, they don't sell it seperately cause they don't like making money.

SLP does sell aftermarket hoods and spoilers, they are not the same as the ZL cars (close) but they are different. As for the badges I think you need to provide a vin# in order to get replacements.

Hey 2010camarors i went to Carlile today for the GM Nationals and talked to the SLP guys there and you cannot buy the zl327 badges from them separatley. They are coming out with the zl327 in the 2011 v6 and said they WILL have a hand held tune for it along with cai and exhaust to bring it up to 327 hp.

jesus u all are haters...i just wanted the cool badging and the spoiler...sheesh...i see punks stinkin SS badges on v6 4th gens...so dont hate on me for wanting a badge that depicts horsepower i already have

Its OK they just don't understand. I personally want the ZL spoiler and hood.

That way you cant buy the parts and make one yourself for less.
