Miles and tires
 

I have 26,000 miles on my 2012 ZL1 and had to put front tires on at 14,000 miles and the rear tires my get 30,000 miles. The set up front the factory was not set for high speed cornering and the out side of both tires wore off. If the set up would have been different I cold have gotten 20,000 miles. The Zl1 normally gets 1000 miles a week in the summer as is it is a commuter car with a gas mileage of 21.6 mpg with an auto trans.

I'm at 10,500 and bought it on 01/02/2013 with 142 miles on it. It's my daily driver and I love it!!!

2013, purchased dec 2012 - 7400 miles. Driven daily/enjoyed daily. I get withdrawals if I don't drive it for a day.

If I wanted to invest $60,000 with good return, I would buy real estate or stocks or even CD's. If I want to enjoy that money, I will drive it the way it was meant to be driven, all day, every day (gonna need another 60k for gas, though :) )

1400 miles, bought on May 22nd. Weekend driver not so much on the daily driver as the downtown commute and parking garages seem to be a full time contact sport in Houston.

Bought mine with 7500 already on it. Put another 800 on it in one week. Going to drive the wheels off this car. I love it!

lol. I too have 26k miles. purchased 4/20/12. 1st tires lasted 19k, getting ready for rears again though the dr's didn't last long

That is by design per the below video - you probably replaced them prematurely if you changed based on the outside wear only..
