WTB: 2015 Z/28

Hey guys, I think if everything goes well at the beginning of 2020 I want to add a Z/28 to the stable. Looking for either a black or white one with A/C with under 10k....preferably under 5k. One owner too. Many of them are already on their second and third owners from what I been seeing. I know why that is too. haha. I would definitely be interested in one that has heads, cam, intake done already if prepared and tuned by a reputable shop. I know what is on the market now...but wanted to make a post if any of you guys are thinking of selling in the coming months.

Depends on what you're looking to pay :) Mine may need to go due to an impending divorce. Just dropped over 8k into upgrades (GPI heads, GPI SS1 cam, IM, TB, Kooks LTs w/ green cats, front and rear black tow hooks, and a tune of course--with the intent of staying a daily driver, which for me means about 3-5k/yr), and still have all the stock parts. Shes just coming up on 10k miles (none on the track afaik). I haven't thought about any kind of price yet though since if I don't *have* to sell her, I won't.

Try to keep that car man! Appreciate the response. I will look at the specs on that cam and see what they do with their heads.

Thats the plan. I hear you can sell one of your nuts now for like 30k to science; it'd be worth it if I have to in order to keep the car (I've already got 6 kids) lmao

A lot of the first owners didn't really know what they were getting into when they purchased their Z's. They aren't the best daily drivers. Hence why in 2016 you started to see them pop up at dealers with only a few thousand miles on them. I'm the 2nd owner of mine. Bought it in 2018 with 4000 miles.

I'd call that an opinion (although I fully agree they aren't for everyone). I absolutely LOVE mine as a daily driver. Have to avoid roads with speed humps in them, and speed bumps aren't very comfortable (I would say the same thing for the other nearly 20 camaros I've owned though too), but on the road, I absolutely love it as a daily.
