Cheap noticeable modifications

I just got a Camaro LS 2012 as my first car and i was wondering what i could do/buy to give it some more power. Any ideas?

Inflate tires to 39 psi. Free. Car already rides hard, now it's not so squirmy on these crap BF Goodrich tires
