BMR Camaro Lower Control Arms - Time for some testing!!!

We are very happy to say that we just received our first shipment of BMR's BRAND NEW Lower Control Arms for The 2010+ Camaro and can finally get them out on the track for some serious testing!

These bad boys are just as high quality as we expected from BMR, and are already in the process of getting these installed on our shop car and 2 other customers cars

The units are far superior to the factory stamped steel arms, these control are fabricated from 1" x 2" rectangular steel and 3/16" CNC laser cut and CNC formed steel plates. the BMR control arms utilizes fully fluted, greaseable, low deflection polyurethane bushings rather than the poorly supported rubber bushings of the factory design. These will fit both SS and V6 Camaro's! These will for sure solve any issue with snapping the Endlink bracket that a few of have experienced, and will work great in both road racing, drag racing and street applications!

We will also give our own full review once I get them on my own Camaro and as always push it to the limit at the track, but I am confident they will work outstanding.

Give us a holler if you have any questions regarding these control arms!

/Erik

Here are few install photos, time to hit the track!

They installed just as easy as the stockers, and are for sure a huge upgrade. We will do an alignment tomorrow to see how much we can get out of them before we hit the track with the car. We will be installing them on my Camaro this weekend and heading to the road course after that.

Tried some testfitting with our 17" wheel & tire package, it's tight. We will do some more measurments driving before we say yay or nay.

More to come!

Some more photos installed on my Camaro, this time the black Hammertone! Can't wait to hit the track!

We have now installed them with Pfadt Coil-Overs, Pfadt Sways etc as well as Pedders Coil-Overs and so far no issues.

Looks good! I'll be buying BMR suspension parts once I get more money saved up. I want to get headers, cam and a tune first.

Looks good, very close fit. Why the stock trailing arms?

Sounds like a good plan, you want to keep the car in good balance between power and suspension mods!

We simply haven't gotten around to changing them yet! We just installed the Pfadt Sways, endlinks, Toe Rods and our custom 1000hp fuel system on the car and wanted to the the BMR arms on the second we got them in

Pfadt trailing arms are next!

Thanks guys for posting all the pics. It's nice to have a company show so much enthusiasm checking parts compatability for the community. Keep up the good work and enjoy the control arms!

Thanks, we do the same with all new parts for these cars! We test them, install them and then literally beat the c**p out of them

If they can withstand the hard "abuse" I give my car, they will hold up for 99% of everyone else. This is why we only use and sell quality parts that we can stand behind.

Good job guys on an great part!

I installed theses sat and now the car handles really bad...Before the install I loved the way the car handled, but now after it all over the road..???:iono: Not sure how bad the alignment might be out..:iono: The other part of this for me, is I took it to like 5 different places that looked at all the after market parts and looked at me and said they could not do it..:mad0259: The one place that had my car handling great is only open M-F and I have to work.. going to try and get off early and make it up to the shop, its like 1 1/2 each way.. :mad0260: I am sure after I get the aligmnet done again, it will handle great.. does this make sense or not..:iono: I am not sure if its just the alignment or not..:iono: one idiot asked me why did they zip tie the ABS line to the BMR toe rod..:mad0260:

Another question is why would they put the grease point in a place once installed you can never get too again..:iono:
