Borla S type with MBRP tips
 
I'm installing the Borla S type cat back on my car with factory Gfx. The exhaust does not come with tips and I purchased a set of MBRP tips. The tips are for a 3" system and the Borla is 2.5". I've looked at my local auto parts stores for an adapter without any luck. Will the tips clamp down hard enough to get to aa local exhaust shop to get them welded on?

No, they'll suck up at most a 1/4" but I've seen some tack weld them on to get the look that they like.

Let us know how they turn out.

Hello, I was wondering if you ever got things figured out with your Borla exhaust and MBRP tips. I'm planning on using the same set-up but was wondering if you worked it out. Thanks.
