The only shutdown I know of is between the end of June - 1st week of July (maybe 1-2 weeks) for the holiday.

Maybe I mis-understood length of shutdown...
makes sense if i even want a chance to receive it in august.

Can't seem to get any info from the dealer but it was ordered 5/14 so I guess it will be awhile.
As far as the shutdown they tell me that they are not shutting down the plant making camaros. They are taking longer shutdown at the plants making other makes of cars as they are overstocked. Hope that eases your mind.
Keep me in mind when you get together.
