The food situation is taken care of we have a bigger grill to cook more burgers and dogs and more help. Also we have two other grills for people to use for cooking there steaks or other food they bring.We have pot burners if you want to steam clams. There will be a door prize also 50/50 raffle and other raffles. Balise chevrolet is bring down 2 cars this year. There will be volley ball and horse shoes. Were also doing trophys same format like last year but will have the models seperated on the field to make it fair for everyone. Some people that did the voting could not differate the models. Theres also going to be a filthy phil award this year for 2017 and every year after. We had 69 camaros last year lets see if we can make this one even bigger. Last year was a learning curve. We can make this one even bigger and better with everyones imput.Thank You Joe

This date gives us options for a rain date and possibly being able to stay later. Yeaaaaa.

How many trophy classes are you doing. A Stock Modified format might help aswell maybe if the funds are an issue you can have people sponsor trophies to deal with the cost.

Im doing three per class like last year will do trophys for 6 gens too but I need to know whos coming from the 6 gens and what model they drive do not want to over order plus the big trophy that were naming the filthy phil award. Its going to be our( lombardie ) trophy.

Count me and Denise in. Are you sure you priced that right, Joe? If memory serves, it was $15 per person to cover the cost for the day and with the keg that was still a great deal. Don't want you coming up short and I know you still have some money left over from last year.
