Camaro5Fest II YouTube Video Contest.

Camaro5 family,

We would like to officially announce the 2011 Camaro5Fest II YouTube Video Contest. Everyone loves the footage from last years C5F and this year is going to blow everyone's mind. We all know there is a ton of talented Camaro5 members here so grab your video camera and shoot away. Packing for flights, gassing up the Camaro for the long-haul, the Camaro caravans, hotel hopping, the cruise, hot lapping, drag racing and auto-crossing. If it happened at C5FII we want to see it... The top five videos will be chosen by the Admins and Mods and the winner will be voted for in a poll by all of Camaro5. The winner of the contest receives a JADA 1:18th IOM Diecast SS Camaro from chevymall.com signed by the Camaro Team.

Contest Rules:

• Video footage must be of C5FII or related to C5FII.
• Video must be uploaded to YouTube as a Unlisted video.
• Video must be at least 2 minutes in length.
• Deadline for Contest entry is May 02, 2011.
• Unlisted YouTube link must be submitted to KILLER74Z28 via PM on Camaro5.
• The top five videos will be chosen by the Admins and Mods.
• From the five finalists, the winner will be voted for in a poll by all of Camaro5.
• Thread with poll showing the 5 finalists videos will be opened from May 09 to May 23, 2011
• The winner of the contest receives a JADA 1:18th IOM Diecast SS Camaro from chevymall.com signed by the Camaro Team.

What does "unlisted" mean? :popcorn:

"Unlisted" means that only people who know the link to the video can view it. The video will not appear in any of YouTube's public spaces, such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page. ;)

I suck at shooting video. But I can't wait to see what's out there. I watched every minute of last years. It was kinda heart breaking becaue I wanted to be back in Valdosta when I watched it. :rolleyes:

Last years videos were so awesome, I hope this contest will wring a few more out of people, AND reward you for your hard work! :D

So, how do you upload a video to youtube and force it to be "unlisted?" I'm assuming it's just a check box or something somewhere when uploading?

My biggest problem isn't the shooting of the video, it's the editing :facepalm: But that doesn't mean I'm not gonna try :D

Just don't put any tags on it. I guess. I'm not sure.

YOU'RE ON!!! Don't have HD cam but I can make anything look good ...well except for a Mustang. I can't perform miracles.

Unlisted YouTube Video Instructions.

1. Log into YouTube.
2. Upload your video.
3. For Category select Autos & Vehicles
3. Select Unlisted under Privacy
4. Copy the URL under Sharing Options as this is what you will PM.
5. Save Changes
