The Auto Value "World of Wheels" 45th annual car show was held in Calgary on February 18th, 19th and 20th. My car was part of the Davenport Motorsports display and I was pleasantly surprised when it was awarded "Best in Class" honors in the Contemporary Hardtop Class.

Well after a winter that seemed to last forever I picked up my car from Davenport on Friday. I didn't get a chance to play until Sunday. I couldn't be happier with all the mods that were done over the winter. Everything is working perfectly and the car has delivered all that I was expecting and then some. What a blast...

A few photos of the engine bay. With the exception of the roll bar the mods are completed for this season. Final dyno numbers were 590 rwhp & 499 ft/lbs torque. Best 1/4 mile so far was 11.43 @ 121.75 mph. With a little tweaking I think we can bust a 10.xx before the race season is over.

Now THAT is the combination I wanted...a blown 427 BUT... Steve was not quite ready to want to put that package together when I was buying... of course that was 18 months ago and things change. very envious....

THIS time I'll wait for Steve to be ready to offer a 426 blower package for the SRT8.

:)

We're working on it, we have 426 hemi's with blowers, just need to work on better fuel systems, etc, to get the most power.:), better belt set up for less slippage, etc, etc,

It's running like a top!

We'll be doing some break in runs on the dyno, and then start to build power.

We received our new Privat label billet sills and stut tower covers, Bryan got the first set. :)
