ZL1 Pfadt lowering springs: Before and After
Just thought I would share these photos of one of our local customers ZL1. As aggressive as these cars look right off the showroom floor it is amazing how the right stance makes them look straight up mean.

yeah it looks good but the ride comfort is gone!!

I dont think Pfadt would design a suspension system that would make the comfort level go to hell... ...good pic, I wanted to see how it would look before I had my ZL suspension installed. Kinda ZL1'd my SS (rockers, diffuser and wider wheels, tires) so it looks like rubbing won't be too much of an issue.. |
An after shot at the same angle as the before shot would give a better idea of the amount of drop. Is this possible? Really looking at lowering the SS but concerned about the 315's in the rears (20x11 wheels)
|
I'm on a Pfadt 1.25 drop with 275's up front and 315's in the rear - no problems.
|
ride comfort? with a 1.25 drop...the car prob rides better than factory...

That ZL1 looks GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD |
No current pics.....just dropped mine with the PFADT Springs.....love the aggressive stance. Looks meaner and gets a lot of looks. No regrets and ride is still awesome.
|
Looks a lot better now

dont get me wrong i love the look but have heard so many who have lowered their car and say it rides like a log wagon and have to watch the road for all kids of bumps or hills to try avoid bottom out....tell me these Pfadt lowering springs are different im interested..
