I'm thinking about coming down to my first Camaro Fest and it looks like the three event hotels are all booked up. Will it be a big inconvenience if you stay somewhere else?

Not at all. All the BG hotels are within 3 miles of the event. You may even like the quiet. There will be plenty of others like you at those hotels.

I’m booked at the Holiday Inn Express a couple miles away.

No worries... this year our big party is at the Convention Center side of the hotel anyway to make it a little more convenient for folks coming from other hotels. Keep checking the host as this is the time folks cancel when they find out they can't make it.

We usually stay at the Super 8 and its just 10 minutes from the party. No big deal but real convenient to the track

I'm not sure where we are staying at this point I just got the birthday surprise trip announced yesterday. I wonder what kind of arm band to buy. And what type for mty wife? Any suggestions?

The online all in one arm bands multi events are sold out , the event and dragstrip are still available as individual bands .

I'm staying at la quinta inn nearby!

Me and the other half will be at the Hyatt Bowling Green. I got my stay for free there due to travel points from my job.
