airlift suspension

I will be getting airlift soon. I was just wondering what's the most aggressive setup I can fit without going fully stupid euro status while still tucking rim and tire? I was thinking the zl1 reproductions wheels 20×10 front and 20×11 in the rear. What would be a good tire size that won't stretch too much and still tuck?

Don't go 20x11 rears or 20x10s front it will rip both finder lips out. And OEM tire sizes the car will rest directly on top of the plastic wheel wells. I have learned a few other tricks also.

Thanks for the advise. I don't ever plan on driving with it all down. I'll drive it at a 2 inch drop max.

Any other pointers?

I know that supasport has 10.5 on the rears i wouldnt go more than that and wouldnt change the front widths at all. I really want the zl1 10 spoke wheels as well for my car. Bagged car and concave wheels looks freakin sweet to me thats why i want the zl1 wheels because they look concave a bit

Oh btw when supasport bagged his on 10.5 widths he had to roll the fenders so definately wouldnt go over that. With the stock you dont have to roll the fenders.

Be prepaired that you probably will not tuck 20' rim without some more modifications. The tires will tuck nicely but not the rim. Would need some type of body drop to accomplish that.

Good luck...

Yea Ive seen a couple bodydropped camaros on here, and its a ton of work. You are basically re-designing most of the front and rear suspension if you want a bodydrop on these cars. Looks so sick though!

Yeah, I don't care if it doesn't tuck rim. I really just want the kit for the adjustability and the ride. I drive a lot to some really messed up parking lots and such and I would like to be dropped with the option to raise up on the fly. Plus, the car looks sick all down.

what ever happened here? did you get the airlift kit? if so, what size wheels and tires are you running?
