Can the bumper lines be aligned to a '14+ SS hood?

This fascia is only designed to be a direct bolt on swap for '10-'13 model years. Even if you did mod your car enough to get this fascia to fit, the lines of '14 and '15 model years are wider than the lines of the fascia so the answer to your question would be no.

I know the lines don't align and I know its for 10-13. What I need to know is if the ZL1 bumper can be modified to align with a 14 SS hood like its being modified for a 10-13 hood.

No because like I said earlier, the lines are wider than the fascia's. To mod the fascia to fit '10-'13 hoods, the fascia's cowl lines has to be sanded down on the ends. In order to mod the fascia for the '14-'15 hoods you would have to add material that doesn't exist to start with. When working with a plastic piece, you can always take away material from it, but you can never add material back.

Never is a strong word since I'm apparently a doer of the impossible. I've used plastic welding kits and body filler designed for plastics to make totally trashed bike fairings look like new. It's just bodywork. The question is whats it cost and how durable is it? That's why I'm asking Gary.

And neither of those are capable of doing what you are wanting to do. I've done paint and body work on the side for years so don't think you're little example of using two products in a unrelated fashion is impressive, because it's not. Don't get your hopes up expecting a different answer.
