Sequential Taillight issues

I bought the off brand sequential taillights off of ebay and they look great but after 5 sec of using the turn signal they start to flash twice as fast and pop the rear turn signal errors for both sides. I have read all the threads thus far but they are for the after burner & Techno lights and I have checked every fuse. Anyone have any ideas??????

Maybe they need resistors?

I think some people that have had that issue just replace the bulbs with a long life bulb and that remedies the issue.

They are the LED lights so I can't replace the bulbs and I thought about the resistors but I have not a clue where to start. I will check into that as an option.

actually resistors do the opposite from what you need. the computer is seeing too small of current, so it thinks the bulbs are burnt out. all cars blink fast to indicate a burnt light. the led lights should have came with a adapter that plugs in between the car pigtail, and the taillight. common issue to leave them out during install.

I was able to fix the issue by wiring in the factory bulbs for the turn signals only and hiding the bulbs with a little padding behind the taillight mounts. I am working on getting a diode to replace the quick fix or the light bulb so I do not have to worry about the bulbs burning out.
