Were you at Hallsville? Thought it has closed down...

A lot of back seat racers in here . . the man won the race! Give him props! Michael Jordan lost a few games in his career did you guys know that? Bet those teams took the win too!

Its not so much that he beat him its the way he says he beat them. "beat a 5.0, love shutting those up" Then to go on and say that the 5.0 ran a 13.6 to his 13.2 neither of which are very good time for the car. Just the way he said it is laughable. I can understand if the 5.0 had been running his mouth and acting like he was the best driver ever, when the OP seems to be the one who is acting like a hard ass...I shut those 5.0's up, now I have bolt ons and can hang with a new gt500... IDK maybe Im just ready the way the OP meant it wrong.

People who buy the 5.0 must not know how to drive well. I raced a 2012 5.0 with my 2010 V6 LLT and left it behind me from take off. I'm full bolt ons and I know he wasn't stock.

I have the video for proof but its not forum friendly if you know what I mean.

Reason I did post that i beat 5.0 was because the guy was running his mouth and I shut him up. Neither of our times were good in 1/4 but its still a win. That and I want him to see my post on here just to rub it it. Yes Hallsville has been shut down for years to bad its a neighborhood with speed bumps now. We raced at Dallas raceway. When you run your mouth you gotta back it up. I did he didn't. I do get beat like everyone else. 6.2 vs 5.0 is driver mod no doubt. It always is really.

Why is everyone acting surprised? I've shut down two 2011 5.0s and a 2012 5.0 trac PAC CS in stock form. Y'all need to get off YouTube and actually race one... Overhyped.

Danthaman 08-28-2013 08:38 PM

2nd this!
