Reducing Sun glare on stereo

How do you guys handle this? My car does have an aftermarket Kenwood unit and It is virtually unreadable with the top down during the day.

Thanks!

It's got something but it doesn't physically tilt, it just adjusts the brightness when you tell it your angle (I think.. hard to tell).

There is a film you can put over the screen to reduce the glare. I forget what
it's called...
