should I trade the 2010 in?
or sell it outright I have a offer of 25000 for it to a friend

$25-27k, private offer sounds good to me if your friend is willing to buy it. Depends on condition and mileage of course.

MSRP: $38,880
GM Preferred: $37,514
Manufacturer Bonus: -$500
Net Price: $37,014

If you have USAA ($750) or GM Private offer of ($1000) that would reduce your price significantly lower it just depends on what you qualify for. Hope this helps, if you have neither I'd say the $36,933 price is good.

$36,933 is a good price man.

Private sale is financially pretty much always the best way to go. Trading it in is however much easier. Particularly if you still owe on the car.

I bought my Camaro then listed my old car for sale and sold it in about a month or so for $3k more than the dealer would give me.
