just want to maker sure, what does not following the break in do to future performance. If it doesn't effect future performance at all, what is the point of a break in? sorry for the noob question

despite an embarasing dyno run of 305 rwhp, I still managed to do a 1/2 decient showing at the drags today (my 2nd only time, the last being in 1990)
