I jacked it up and looked at the diff, the halfshafts, etc. and all looked good. I already made an apt at accurate alignment. I had a track day on the 30th so wonder if alignment moved during that.

are all 4 wheels OEM 1LE/ZL1? the clone wheels sit differently. Do all 4 of your rims have the CAMARO script stamped on them?

Yes they are the OEM 1LE wheels. They all have the CAMARO stamped in them.

Yeah, that's not right. I'd get that looked at. Bring it to a good shop that can do an alignment - you shouldn't be able to SEE a difference in an alignment.

Agreed!!

Are the wheels/tires the same size? Might be a trick of the light, but I swear the drivers side looks wider.

Yes, both rears are 305’s. Looking at 315’s when these wear out.

Could it be in trailing arm issue? I once talked to a gentleman that work at a Van Nuys plant that build Chevelles.. he told me that they actually stuck out a little more on the left side then passenger side and I guess on the Camaro c4 forum it's been an ongoing question... also .. have you ever replaced your rear rotors? Other then anything from the stock ones?
|
That’s interesting, haven’t heard of that. Car only has 26k miles, so I am assuming, yes they are the stock 1LE rotors.
