6L50 TRANS, AUTO SHIFTER

:chevy:I have looked and looked. Anyone know of, or where at, or are there going to be made a different shifter and knob for the v6 automatic.
I hae the 2LT/RS model. The shifter is the only thing i do not like about it.
Wondering if hurst or bmw are going to produce a aftermarket shifter?:iono::popcorn::headbang:

Not sure how difficult the install would be.

This is the first I have heard of this.
What would be nice is if they did this based on the Dual Gate concept for manual shifting in M mode in the second gate.

hurst has the stock consoles in the shop now and are starting R&D on the shifter plate kits for the auto's. I would expect it won;t be until around Feb before they are released though

Well that's an improvement... I'm kinda hoping that Hurst will come out with something similar to the one they have for the Challenger...

I'm in the same boat, hate the stock handle. I'm wondering if a G8 or Corvette knob would fit.

it will be a HURST Comp Stick Kit, much the same design as the one currently avail for the auto Challengers.
