Actually to be totally authentic crash the driver of the 57 Chevy wouldn't be wearing a seat belt since people didn't do that back then....

And to be totally authentic when I grew up the driver (my mother) would be drinking a whiskey sour right before the crash while not being buckled up. :drinking:

Also consider this: in 1957, would the car even HAVE seat belts? If my memory serves me correctly, seat belts did not become standard equipment on Chevys until the 1966 model year.
