Owners Manual Case

Just wondering if anyone received a zippered or other type of case for their owners manual and associated books/pamphlets.
Mine came in a clear ziplock baggie.
Even my Mazda Tribute had a really nice leather case for the owners manual and other documents.
I think a nice leather pouch/case for the manual with CAMARO on it would have been nice for the return of the CAMARO.

I was ripped... I did not get the clear plastic bag either!

Hey, I posted this very thing back in May and everyone told me to quit whining. But wtf, my corvette came with a nice leather portfolio with manual, warranty book and a nice corvette pen in it. Even a beater chevy pickup comes with a case for the manual. This long awaited Camaro has the manual sliding around the glove box. Half the ink on the outside of mine has already worn off. If I'd have known I would have kept the leather one from my vette. If you look in the manual you can find out where to order a new one, and it also says you can order one with a portfolio. I wonder if one is available?

Your salesman is keeping his tuna sandwich in it :sm0:

Clear bag for me, I think my salesperson is keeping them all for himself so he can eventually have enough material for a nice jacket....

I bought one of these in November.

Great product and worth the $15.00 to keep your documents organized in the glove compartment.

I bought this one also to replace my high quality factory plastic bag, damn cheapskates should have given us a nice leather SS scripted case.

Definitely doesn't make a very good impression on their customers. GM are you listening? I too had a nice leather holder for my documents when I purchased both my jeep and my prius. I would never have expected that when I go to pick up my Camaro this week they will hand me my documents in a plastic bag.... kinda sad, really.

Yah.. I miss the days when you bought a vehicle from GM they'd throw in a nice portfolio, and in the case of some of their special package/prestige vehicles even some branded extras like a vehicle branded bag and a chevy branded maglight.. I miss this sort of thing.. it might be superfluous but it was a very nice "Welcome to the family, thanks for caring enough to buy the car new instead of used."

Mine didn't even have the manual, they had to steal my manual out of another Camaro since the manual was on backorder at the time.
