carburetor guy has a dumb question.
I'm getting a custom tune this week. I only have headers and an intake at this time but new mods are being added weekly and next is a NX kit. So my question is, do I have to get two custom tunes one for NA and one for bottle and change the tune between the two throughout the night depending on how I want to run?
There are a dozen other similar questions but to sum it up, how do you run nitrous if you have a custom tune on motor. :thanks: Ps: please be as detailed as possible and talk like you are explaining it to a 5 year old  |
check out this idiot in that posted in the tuning sub forum!!!!
Some people just dont have a clue about tuning but this guy tops them all!!!

Really?? My friend, if you have questions like this, maybe you should stop the mods, and the tune and figure out a little more about the car and a lot more about driving the car.

^ So did you answer the guy, or?

AKA I would recommend you take a ride over to Lewisville and talk face to face with Andy at ADM performance.

You will want to pull about 2 degree per 50 HP of NOS. You will also need colder plugs. Air Fuel Ratio is tuned via the jetting in the NOS system. The fuel pump should also be upgraded with an ZL-1 pump and Fuel pump control module before tuning, because some tuning changes need to be made to accommodate the ZL-1 FPCM. Ted. |
