Montreal Area Folks -OSHAWA Meet Oct. 2nd

Just like to know if anyone else will be going to this meet. It is on Friday afternoon..staying overnight at the Holiday Inn and leaving after lunch with the gang on Saturday. This is a one time event to get out and meet up with our friends from the States and other provinces from Canada.
I will be leaving around 7 AM Approx.(5 Hr Trip).
This will depend at what time we have to be at the hotel for the departure to the Oshawa Plant. More info on thread # 14 below...

Rick......once you find out who is coming let me know and perhaps Hiney1 and myself will meet up with you as you come thru' Kingston.

Just so you guys know, there will be some events on Saturday as well. Current estimates would have those going until early afternoon (so get away from Oshawa 1-2pm). This is all still to be confirmed and subject to change.

Okay Rick, tell Rachel she now has company :laugh:.... Joanne and I are booked for Friday :drinking:. We need to send Justin off to school ( 6:45 a.m.), and we'll be on our way right after that. ETA in Oshawa should be around 11:00-11:30 a.m.

You know that if we leave at 7am that we will have to do a bit of catching up(130KPM) :happyanim:to make up the time which is about 5 Hrs Approx.:help:

If you guys decide to leave earlier, it's all good :w00t:.... We have no choice but to leave @ 6:45. I just hope the construction I hit in Kingston a few weeks back is over.

06:45 it is....we will have to meet some where close like Tim Horton in Kirkland to pick you up and JaredCan and Ericcamaro and them Camaro99 a bit further down. Like i said before we will make adjustments until a few days before departure once we get everyone... Still missing are T D C; Chriscringle..etc:help:

We will first meet at Around 7-7:15 AM at TIM HORTONS in Kirkland = Take the Ste. Marie Exit on HWY 40W

Next we travel to Pit Stop 20 Km West of Brockville to pick-up Duane & company (Duane is this the spot?) 9:00-9:15 AM

Then we head up to Kingston to P/U HINEY1 & Company at Camden East ramp (McDonalds, Petro Canada)9:45

Now we all head to Oshawa Holiday Inn;;ARRIVAL APPROX; 11:30 AM

Duane & HINEY1 should PM me their Cell#'s so that we can keep in touch during the trip to confirm arrival timings. This goes to the guys from Montreal so that we leave from Kirkland on time.
