VERY happy with the V6
 

Have had the car a week now and I must say the V6 is a blast to drive. :thumbup:
I can't imagine what the V8 is like cause the V6 has a real nice kick to it. :laughabove: Car has much more get up and go than my 330 HP 350 I put in my '77 .... and the gas gauge does not move proportionally with the tach. :w00t:

Anyone pondering whether the V6 is enough or not, IT IS. I have a 6 spd manual and this is by far the most fun of any car I have ever owned. :headbang:

:word: to everything you said! And congrats on getting your car. :) I took my manual V6 to the track for the first time last night, very happy with the results - 15.54, within a second of GM's advertised 14.5. And that's with me, a newbie at racing. :D Details here, if anyone's interested.

We love our V6. It rocks!!!! It is by far the coolest Camaro to date! All the bells and whistels work and it looks great...:happyanim:

I agree, My 77 V8 was nice but after getting into my new V6--So much more fun to drive. I guess it's true about the appreciation of gas mileage when you travel light years.:happyanim:
