Meissen's Garage

It's not much, but I figured since we have a forum dedicated to garages I might as well create a thread. My wife and I moved into the house two years ago. It was a foreclosure home. I started out just organizing the garage a little bit, and then last year I bought an air compressor and nail gun from Harbor Freight and learned how to poorly construct cabinets. :w00t:
This is what we started with - junk all over in the garage: Attachment 331778 Organized a bit: Attachment 331779 Attachment 331780 Cabinets (since painted white): Attachment 331781 Attachment 331782 And a shot of my 1994 when my oil pump failed, you can see the cabinets in the background :D Attachment 331783 Once it warms up this year, I want to paint the rest of the walls. White on top, grey on bottom. I'm also contemplating moving the cabinets from the rear of the garage to the side to allow for more front-to-back room. The garage is a wide 2 car garage so I'm thinking it would be better to put the cabinets on the side of the garage and have more room in the back to move around. I really wish I could afford to have the cement slabs leveled so I could have a nice flat surface but I think that's out of my budget  Well that's my humble garage, I'll update once the weather warms up and I start making progress with rearranging the garage. |
